Trinity was extremely helpful and informative while my husband and I were going through the process of applying and moving into our townhome. We are very happy with our experience with the Jacob Grant team.

We recently moved into a property managed by Jacob Grant. Great service from start to finish. Trinity and Amanda were great, easy to work with and responsive. The only slight issue I have is that the property we rented was advertised with AC but the unit hadn’t been installed so we spent a few days with no AC and had to find somewhere else to stay. This may be the fault of the owner, but all in all we are happy and grateful to be in our new home.

Overall the expierience was handled well. The water's flow of the kitchen's faucet was very low . So, we called Jacob Grant and they took action. However, we called on Thursday and the technician arrived on Tuesday. It took a little bit of time. When you have baby, you want any issues related with water to be fixed promptly. Nonetheless, Jacob Grant did take action and they helped us.

Residing at a Jacob Grant property management residence has been great so far! I put in a maintenance request and they had it fixed in the same day! Trinity was very helpful!

I've been with Jacob Grant for several years now, they are easy to work with and give personal service to their clients. Drop in and say hi, they are super friendly.

Trinity and Amanda were extremely wonderful. They went above and beyond to assist me in the beginning part of my lease.

So far we have had a smooth relationship with the Jacob Grant Property Management- I believe that is in major part to our point of contact Trinity. She has been a major help answering all of our questions before we signed out lease and making sure we were clear on the policies we are agreeing too. She was also very quick with any updates we needed to be aware of.

This is an edit to a previous review. I have been renting with Jacob Grant Property management for almost 2 years and to be honest it has not been a very good experience at all to say the least. I am changing my review to a more positive one due to Ashley Osterhout. She has been amazing. She listens to our concerns and problems. She acts quickly to try and find a solution to the problems. She is true to her word. The level of honesty and willingness to communicate has made all the difference in turning my the opinion of the company around. I appreciate not only the professionalism, but the level of commitment she has had to being a great property manager.

Jacob Grant Property Management has managed our properties since their beginning. They handle issues efficiently and do a great job keeping our units rented.

Amanda was amazing she is very knowledgeable and always gets back to you in a timely manner. I appreciate the maintenance group for fixing issues in a timely manner as well. I never had to talk to management team about anything as you guys took very good care of me when I needed it.

Property manager is accessible, responsive, and friendly. Jacob Grant Property Management has a great team to address any issues that come up with the property that need to be fixed. They also have a great maintenance program.

I was extremely happy with the professionalism of the managers, especially Abby S. They were always attentive to the needs of the property as well as the tenants. They were always courteous to send out emails of any upcoming events or property updates. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
