Jacob Grant has managed my property for the last 10 years. The property is in as good a shape as when we started renting it. They keep up to date on maintenance and lawn care. Every renter paid on time and there were few issues. If there were issues Jacob Grant took care of it promptly with just a quick phone call to them. I lived out of state the entire time. As we resume control of our property Jacob Grant is there again for us to oversee improvements while we transition back to Idaho Falls. High quality company with high quality employees!
